Went to Circular Quay and The Rocks today with my Mum after church. We walked around the Quay (and passed the Museum of Contemporary Art which I was really tempted to walk into and see that exhibition of men crying.. but didn't coz admission wasn't free). There was this special Arts exhibition all over the Rocks. It was so cool coz there were painters there doing paintings on the spot of the harbour or of people and buildings. There were also a lot of musicians playing around; a string quartet and jazz bands. You know in those 50s-style movies where you go into the bar and there's a band playing and people dancing the jive.. yeah there was one of those bands too and a random couple actually got up and started dancing.. lol.. pretty gutsy. So we walked around the market (checking out the jewellery of course) then had something to eat then went back to the Quay to catch a train. It was such a beautiful day to be outside and walking around the harbour. Pity that I didn't bring my camera!!!
